The city of Paraty is surrounded by hundreds of kilometers of trails that take visitors to dozens of beaches, viewpoints, and more than 30 waterfalls in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, many of them easily accessible by car and short trails.
Walking tour - Historic Center
Walking through the historic center of Paraty is a beautiful journey back in time. Streets, colonial mansions and churches built between the 17th and 19th centuries reveal a lot about the history of Brazil. In addition, the charming center has many bars, great restaurants, handicrafts, art and local culture.
Beaches
The city of Paraty has about 65 islands and more than 60 beaches with exuberant and well-preserved nature. Some of these beaches are accessible by trails or car, but some of them only by boat.
