Trail running is a sport of resilience, connection with nature, and personal achievement — and we believe it is for everyone. At Paraty Brazil by UTMB, we work to ensure that more and more women can experience this journey.

We ensure that female runners have access to essential items during long-distance races, so that the menstrual cycle is never a barrier to participation.

With the support of women’s collectives, at Expo Paraty and throughout the event, we organize talks, workshops, and gatherings that strengthen the female trail community, fostering shared experiences and mutual inspiration.

We highlight the achievements of female athletes across our social media, website, and official channels, giving visibility to stories that inspire new generations of runners.
