108 km of Endurance
If you're looking for a true test of strength, endurance, and determination, the 108 km course of Paraty Brazil by UTMB is the perfect challenge for you. With demanding elevation and breathtaking landscapes, this route traverses the best of the Serra da Bocaina and promises an unforgettable experience for those who dare to take it on.
From sea level to the top of Pedra da Macela:
The race starts in the Historic Center of Paraty and passes through several neighborhoods, where the local community offers a warm welcome.
This course doesn’t hold back on elevation gain. The long ascent to the summit of Pedra da Macela, reaching a remarkable 1,840 meters above sea level, demands both effort and focus. But every step is worth it for the panoramic views of Angra Bay and Paraty.
Technical descents and the return to the Historic Center:
After reaching the highest point of the course, runners will face a challenging descent. A mix of varied terrain, single tracks, and technical sections compose the trail back — a serious test even for experienced trail runners.
The finish line awaits back in the Historic Center of Paraty, where each finisher will be greeted with the energy of a city that lives and breathes both culture and sport.
Start time: Friday, September 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
